Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • For the Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 1 handful of almonds

DIRECTIONS

  • Pour in the milk in a large jar or an air-tight container. Stir in rolled oats, maca powder, chia seeds, and maple syrup.

  • Mix all well and refrigerate for at least 5 hours (preferably overnight).

  • Optionally, if the mixture is too thick add some more liquid like almond milk or maple syrup before serving. Stir well until a desired consistency is achieved.
