Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 cups reduced-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Shredded fresh coconut, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Peel and slice bananas. Place in a food processor and process until a smooth puree. Now, add coconut milk, agave nectar, vanilla extract, chia seeds, maca powder, and cocoa powder. Process until completely smooth.

  • Optionally, add some chocolate chips and shredded coconut and process again. Make sure to reserve some chocolate chips for the topping.

  • Serve immediately.
