Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 ½ cup frozen berries such as blackberries, blueberries, or mulberries
  • 2 tbsp puffed quinoa
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut syrup
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 tbsp Zen Spirit Maca Powder
  • ½ tsp strawberry extract

DIRECTIONS

    In a food processor, combine together Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, frozen berries, acai powder, and strawberry extract. Process until completely smooth and then add maca powder, coconut flakes, puffed quinoa, and coconut syrup.

    Mix all well and transfer to a serving bowl. Top with some more sliced bananas, blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds, or sprinkle with puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, or coconut flakes.
