This fabulous maca milkshake recipe will give you a super-powerful energizing drink you really need every once in a while! It's a delicious and creamy combination of bananas, Zen Spirit maca powder, and whipping cream that gives this milkshake its full flavor. For a leaner version of this fantastic milkshake, you can replace whipping cream with regular or unsweetened almond milk. Optionally, you can choose your favorite brand of vegan heavy cream and enjoy a completely vegan-friendly milkshake for breakfast, afternoon snack or before/after a workout.
Most milkshake recipes come with a scoop of ice cream which is an excellent way to transform this unique combination into a real treat.
